Scene 1
The raven, citing his sagacity, spoke first.
The raven showed me the structure, divided the scenery into layers, and gave me scrolls with dates and facts to read.
"What's the point?" I asked.
“I was not looking for one,” the sage replied.
It was my turn to speak.
Scene 2
I was silent, feeling the absence with my whole being. The raven broke the silence, uttering a hint.
“Absence, the feeling of emptiness never signifies emptiness. You cannot feel something that does not exist because feeling is a reaction to some incoming impulse. Every time you feel emptiness, you really feel something different, hidden. Hidden by you or hidden from you. It is always the presence of something hidden under the veil. That's why it weighs on you. That's why you want to get rid of it.
Take off your veil and see what's behind it. But you are trying to get rid of the emptiness. You are trying to fight emptiness. You are trying to do something with emptiness. That's why it never works - it's not emptiness that bothers you.
Scene 3
Having cleared myself of an imaginary emptiness, I showed the raven how the structure has started filling with colors, feelings and meanings. I showed him ways to create meanings and ways to destroy them, ways to integrate them into structures and situations so that they would make sense, so that the world would make sense.
I could not explain it properly - I left explaining to the raven - I started creating instead.
